HI, I'M MILENA, 

I’m a dedicated mother to a 3-year-old boy, and I deeply understand the daily challenges of balancing responsibilities, managing time, and staying motivated—even when exhaustion sets in. 

Like many of you, I’ve also felt the burning desire to build a successful business while creating a life of meaning and freedom.

I worked in HR for 10 years, thriving in my role and enjoying the opportunity to work with diverse people. I loved my job, but I wanted more. I wanted to express my full potential, use my talents to their fullest, and create a life that offered greater freedom and fulfillment.

In 2018, I decided to take the leap. I poured my heart and mind into starting my own business, driven by the dream of transforming people’s lives and making the world a better place.

When I started my coaching business, I was determined to do everything by the book. I invested in my branding, built a professional website, and took both coaching and business training.

I was ready to make it work. Even when I wasn’t completely sure of the next step, I trusted my gut and took the leap. Sometimes it paid off; other times, it didn’t. 

But despite all my effort, all the investments, and all of me. 

It still wasn’t enough.

Things didn’t work out the way I had hoped or expected. My income didn’t reflect the energy and dedication I poured into my work. 

Then in 2021, everything shifted. I had my son. 

Within 2.5 years, I moved to two different countries, navigating massive changes.

They say your business is a reflection of you and your energy, and I could see it clearly. My business wasn’t growing because I wasn’t thriving.

With my new lifestyle as a mom to a three-year-old and my energy running low, I knew something had to change. 

I needed new vibes and fresh air to breathe life back into me — and my business.

With less time available, I needed something to complement my coaching business, allowing me to work fewer hours while still earning enough to live a great life.

I began searching for opportunities that could give me a more stable income while allowing me to live the life I wanted. 

That’s when I stumbled upon an ad. It talked about working from anywhere, setting your own schedule, helping people unlock their potential, growing professionally, being part of a supportive team, and building your own path to success. I thought, “Wow, this is exactly what I’ve been looking for!”

Curious but cautious, I scheduled a short meeting and went through the process. 

Honestly, I was skeptical at first. But then I reminded myself: If what I’ve done so far hasn’t worked, why not try something new? What do I have to lose?

So, once again, I took the leap—and this time, it finally worked!
